Board of Directors Application
There are 2 open Board Positions for 2025-26:
Architectual Chair, and Roofing/Gutter Chair
Duties of the Architectural Chair include:

Receiving and reviewing homeowner architectural/landscape modification requests (decks, fences, exterior paint, roofing, additions, etc.).

Ensuring requests are complete and align with Stillwater’s governing documents, design standards, and community guidelines.

Coordinating with the full Architectural Committee (if needed) to review and decide on applications in a timely manner.

Communicating decisions (approvals, denials, or requests for more information) clearly and professionally to homeowners.

Maintaining accurate records of all applications and decisions for board reference and future resale disclosures.

Serving as the main point of contact between homeowners and the board on architectural matters.

Providing periodic updates to the board at meetings regarding applications, trends, or issues.

Working with the Facilities/Maintenance Chair (as needed) when architectural changes impact common areas or shared structures.

Staying aware of community aesthetics and proactively suggesting updates to guidelines if needed (with board approval).
Duties of the Roffing/Gutter Chair include:

Overseeing the overall condition and upkeep of community roofing and gutter systems.

Coordinating inspections and maintenance schedules to ensure roofs and gutters remain in good repair.

Reviewing and approving vendor proposals for repairs, replacements, and cleanings within the board-approved budget.

Serving as the main point of contact with roofing and gutter contractors, ensuring quality work and timely completion.

Maintaining records of warranties, service agreements, and past work for board reference and resale disclosures.

Reporting regularly to the board on current conditions, upcoming needs, and budget status.
