Governance
This group will oversee the HOA’s financial, legal, and bylaw responsibilities, including budgeting, banking, billing, insurance, accounting, and compliance. The committee will interpret bylaws, address legal matters, communicate these to residents, and ensure a stable financial foundation.

Landscape
The Landscape Committee will strive to ensure the grounds at Stillwater remain clean, healthy, and visually appealing by overseeing all aspects of care for our shared green spaces, including mowing, trimming, fertilization, leaf removal, shrub care, stone and tree maintenance, and weed, mole, and grub control.

Irrigation
The Irrigation Committee will manage sprinklers, pumps, and other watering systems to maintain consistent, efficient hydration of our lawns and gardens. Through careful monitoring and timely adjustments, this group is committed to keeping our green spaces lush and healthy.

Beautification
The Beautification group will embrace and enhance the natural beauty of our shared spaces, ensuring each detail reflects the warmth and charm of Stillwater Springs. By choosing vibrant flowers, refreshing entrances and utility boxes, thoughtfully tending gazebos, renewing wood chips, and enhancing other visual elements, they will work to create an inviting, harmonious environment that fosters pride and delight among residents.

Facilities
The Facilities Committee will oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our homes and community structures. They will manage repairs, installations, painting, and general care to ensure everything remains functional and well-maintained. Through the Architectural Review subcommittee, this group will also guide construction and improvement projects to maintain the neighborhood’s cohesive and polished appearance.

Seeking up to 5 (Five) Resident Committee Members to join the Facilities team. If you enjoy general repairs and maintenance activities this is the group for you.

Snow Services
The Snow Services team will champion our winter services, ensuring the safety and accessibility of our community during the colder months. They will oversee snow removal, ice management, salting, and shoveling to keep roads, driveways, and walkways clear and safe for residents. Their efforts will help maintain the functionality, comfort, and safety of our neighborhood, even in the harshest winter conditions.

Waterways
The Waterways Committee is committed to caring for the health and beauty of our ponds, fountains, and other water features. They will manage pumps, maintain water clarity, and ensure the systems operate smoothly. Additionally, they will monitor the well-being of local wildlife to foster a serene and balanced environment that enhances the charm of our community.

Neighborhood
Watch
This committee will promote safety, awareness, and community vigilance throughout Stillwater Springs. By utilizing resident volunteers and collaborating with local law enforcement, they will keep residents informed, help prevent crime, and ensure a secure environment. They’ll also lead safety training, distribute crime prevention tips, and act as a central point of contact for neighborhood concerns. With a proactive approach, the Neighborhood Watch Committee will help maintain peace of mind for all residents.

Social
Engagement
This committee will foster connection and engagement among residents by managing communication, events, and resident support. They will oversee newsletters, social media, email updates, and welcome initiatives for new neighbors. By organizing gatherings, promoting neighborhood culture, and addressing safety and quality of life, this group will ensure Stillwater Springs remains a vibrant and enjoyable community.

Seeking 10 (Ten) Resident Committee Members to serve our community in all sorts of fun ways from organizing meetings, food and snacks, to decorations and parties, to resident clubs, trips and travel. We'd love to have your unique talents in the group.
